If all goes well, we will have sold our house and be moving into an awesome new house on June 10. If all doesn't, then I'm going to be living in a townhouse for the rest of my life. Pray that all goes well. This new house is simply divine and David and I cannot wait to move in it and start our family. This all happened within a 4 day period. Holy crap!
You've heard me mention Amy before on here, and this post will be no different. She is awesome (and her husband, too). They have bestowed upon us and Bonnie Lynn Lavergne a stroller, car seat and base, boppys and bumbos and toys OH MY! So so fortunate to have such wonderful people willing to clean our their garages for us :) Thank you Amy and Dale! We can't wait to have you guys over for massive playdate and Manwich.
I have two doctors appointments this week. I HATE going to the doctor. For some reason, I've been worried that the baby isn't ok, so I'm somewhat glad to go today, but I know they're just going to take my blood pressure. With all that has happened and is happening, I can't believe it will be where it ought to be. Fingers crossed.
To my Bonnie Lynn Lavergne:
You have caused my legs and ankles to start swelling. I know this is part of your process, but it pisses me off to see cankles down there. Not pleased. I am trying to walk it off, but the weather and house buying/selling process isn't helping.
You are making me worried already about your water breaking while I'm at work. Please hold off on that until I'm safely in the hospital without my pants on. I am already using the bathroom way more than I ought to, and I have to be careful sneezing or laughing. That's annoying.
You've gotten so many gifts and things for your room already. You need to come out thanking some people, we can't be your spokesmen your entire life, you know.
You will love the house that your Dad and I have in mind for you to grow up in. There will be lots of other children, a Chick fil a close by, a big yard and most importantly, parents and a cocker spaniel that love you. I hope you can flourish here and grow into an intelligent, beautiful person (who won't be dating men until age 30).
Please want to go to college. I wouldn't know what to do with a kid who didn't want to do that. It's expected in our family, no questions asked. Hopefully you get a scholarship, because the aforementioned house isn't cheap. Do work girl.
I think your grandma wants you to come out already. Give me a couple more months and I'll be with her on that one. I have thoughts about it now, especially when I'm trying to roll over in bed. Sleeping used to be awesome, now it's somewhat of a pain in the butt.
I hope you enjoy your stroller from Amy, we will be walking a lot. You remember all this fat you've added to your mommy?? We're gonna get rid of it plus some, so be ready.
Since I know you're reading this while inside me, go ahead and say a prayer that your house works out. We are still waiting on paperwork and until June 10, Mommy is going to be concerned.
This is about to be your first Easter. You and I will be spending it at the pool watching water polo. Wasn't planning on that, were you? Don't worry, your dad will bring us ham and potato salad.
Just keep growing (not toooooo big) and developing. Please be gentle to your mother. She'll stop eating so much chocolate soon - Easter is her favorite candy holiday, you know.
